What is the return/exchange policy?

When will I get my order?

Please note once we receive the order, our team contacts you for size confirmation either on WhatsApp or on call. The orders are shipped next day post size confirmation and usually takes 4-5 working days to reach you depending on your location.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Every Thunder Tails product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the perfect fit. After you place your order, we also send a size confirmation message on WhatsApp, please do reply for prompt dispatch. If we don't receive a response, our team will call you to verify the size before dispatch, ensuring your pet gets the best possible fit.

Can I exchange the product?

Yes! If the size doesn't fit, you can easily request an exchange from the Orders & Returns section by selecting Create Exchange/Return option. Simply raise your exchange request there, and our team will guide you through the rest of the process. We also verify your size over WhatsApp before dispatch to help minimize the chances of an exchange.
